Ann is a cum laude graduate of Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She places significant value on education and learning which is evident in her ongoing research of new marketing techniques and sales approaches, as well as the North Shore market and available properties. Ann utilizes her expertise to assist sellers in the most effective pricing of their homes and to better emphasize each property’s attributes. She also uses her expansive knowledge when helping buyers to find properties at a price that will provide both living enjoyment and financial value for years to come.

Ann and the Sergesketter family have been active members of the North Shore community for more than twenty-five years. She is also an associate board member of The Cradle in Evanston, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting adoption, adoption outreach, awareness and education.
