Dinny Brennan Dwyer offers her clients superior negotiating skills, valuable insight into the mortgage process and has a great deal of knowledge and experience in every aspect of the real estate transaction. She sells along the entire North Shore where her sales range from $150,000 to well over $13 million.

Dinny Brennan Dwyer joined Jean Wright Real Estate in 1984 and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer each year. She has been the recipient of the Sales Associate of the Year Award for her firm for the past 17 years. Dinny’s career volume exceeds 500 million in sales with over 550 transactions and she is in the top 1% of Realtors in the nation for volume and transactions.

Prior to joining Jean Wright Real Estate, Dinny worked in the mortgage department of Bank One. She utilizes the knowledge she acquired from her banking experience to help her qualify buyers and provide lenders with the information they require to better expedite the loan process. Dinny attended Miami of Ohio for two years, where she studied Math and Science; and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from Mundelein College in Chicago.

Dinny has lived on the North Shore for more than 30 years with her husband, John. Together they raised six children and actively participate in the school, community and park district activities. Dinny served as vice president for the Misericordia Women’s Auxiliary. She participated on the Winnetka Community Nursery School Board as Games Chairman, Hospitality Chairman, and Fundraising Chairman. She was an active member of the Junior League of Chicago where she sat on the nominating committee, served as Winnetka/Glencoe area Chair, and participated in the Mad Hatter Troop that traveled to various schools in the Chicago area to promote literacy.

When Dinny is not selling real estate she spends her time training for triathlons, which she has finished in 2004 and 2005. She also enjoys playing golf, tennis and bridge, and still finds plenty of time to spend with her husband, their 6 children, two daughter in-laws and two grandchildren.
