Genie Cooper began her real estate career at Jean Wright Real Estate in 1998. She is a multi-million dollar producer and devotes her full time energy to her career. Genie is diligent about keeping abreast of all aspects of the changing real estate market on the North Shore. In addition, she keeps up with the latest technological changes to the real estate industry and understands how important the Internet is in searching for and selling homes.

Prior to joining Jean Wright Real Estate, Genie was vice president of American National Bank & Trust Co. of Chicago for 15 years.  Her successful management career in banking enabled Genie to bring valuable leadership, banking and financial expertise to her position as a real estate agent.  She also has a keen understanding of customer service and is dedicated to providing her clients with the best service possible.

Genie has lived on the North Side of Chicago and on the North Shore for more than thirty years.  She currently resides on the North Shore with her husband and daughter who attends New Trier High Schools.  She has been and continues to be actively involved in parent-teacher organizations from preschools to high school including serving on the executive board of Highcrest Middle School.  Genie is dedicated to her community and can help clients learn more about schools and community amenities on the North Shore.  She is actively involved in the Junior League of Evanston-North Shore and with Race for the Cure, a nonprofit organization that raised money to fund breast cancer research.  When Genie is not working or spending her time volunteering, she enjoys reading, needlepoint, and running 5k races.
