Margaret Goss has spent many years in sales and real estate in Los Angeles and on the North Shore. Margaret joined Jean Wright Real Estate in 1998 and has proven to be a successful agent for the company. Her sales have exceeded 17 million in one year and she is a consistent top producer for Jean Wright Real Estate. She is a licensed Illinois real estate agent, and maintains the Graduate Realtors Institute and Accredited Buyer Realtor designations. She is currently in the process of obtaining her designations for the Certified Residential Specialist and ePro. She also serves on the North Shore Board’s Professional Standards Committee which oversees ethical and monetary arbitrations.

Prior to relocating to the North Shore in 1985, Margaret worked in sales in Los Angeles and has over 14 years of sales experience. She insists on the latest technology and uses innovative marketing techniques. She utilizes her expertise to benefit her clients but it is Margaret’s focused approach of analysis, communication, perseverance, and patience that sets her above other agents. She uses her extensive knowledge of inventory and financing to empower her clients to make informed, satisfying decisions.

Margaret has lived with her husband and two children on the North Shore for more than twenty years. She has been involved with a variety of school related organizations and activities throughout the years at both the Joseph Sears School and New Trier High School. Margaret is also an active participant in the community where she has volunteered for the Howard Area Community Center and Willow Wood Nursery School.
